Which areas do you cover and where are you based?

We currently cover all of Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge, London, Surrey, Essex, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Kent and anywhere in between!

Our head office is based in Norfolk, we have performers based in all of the areas we cover and always send the performer closest to you!

How much does it cost?

Can boys come?

Of course, but please let us know when you book so we can tailor the party to be suitable for boys too! We offer Superhero Parties too or why not combine a Princess and Superhero for a party with something for everyone.

Do I need to supply anything?

We supply the princess or superhero and bring along our own prizes and music! All you need to take care of is the venue, food and party bags and we do the rest.


How many children can attend?

We allow up to 24 children if you have booked 1 performer. If you have more than 24 children attending you will need to book 2 performers.

Terms & Conditions


By booking with Abigail's Princess Parties you agree to the following terms and conditions. We want everybody to have a fantastic experience so please make sure you are aware of our terms and conditions.

The remaining balance due on the day of the party must be paid to the performer in cash before she/he enters the party.

Our princesses are soley performers at your event. In the event of any disruptive behaviour from any children at the party the party host/his/her guardian will be responisble for those children.


It is your responsibility to provide correct and clear address instructions. Any address changes after booking must be confirmed in writing and agreed by Abigail's Princess Parties.

If you are having your party outside it is important you provide a shaded area for the princess. Our performers get very hot in their costumes and wigs so it is important they can entertain the children in a comfortable working environment. If there is any rain the performer will need to take the party inside to ensure there are no damages to his/her costume and equipment.

Our parties are performance parties and very interactive. It is really important that background noise is kept to a minimum to ensure the children have a truly magical experience. High noise levels from children not participating and adults distract from the party. It is important noise levels are kept to a minimum to allow the children to enjoy their time with the princess/superhero.

Please understand if you have distractions such as bouncy castles and balloons, children can be distracted which in turn can distract the children from the princess'/superhero's performance. We recommend turning bouncy castles off whilst the performer is entertaining.

Parties are booked into the performer's schedule and unfortunately cannot be delayed. If some of the guests are late, they may join in the party as soon as they arrive.


Our performers and company are not responsible for any injury or damages that may occur at your party.

If at any time during a party a performer feels threatened or unsafe the performer has the right to leave immediately and no refund will be offered. We do not tolerate rudeness or disrespect towards our entertainers. Swearing, children throwing objects/hitting performers, drunk and disorderly behaviour are all classed as threatening behaviour.

Our performers will not be able to discipline individual children.

Children remain the responsibility of their guardians at all times. Guardians must ensure that no child exits the room/building without them. Performers provide entertainment and interaction however they do not provide child care, child minding or any other services which would require them to be in sole charge or custody of a child.

We never cancel parties however we reserve the right to change your character under extreme circumstances. we would always make you aware of this prior to your party.

Our performer comes with a speaker for her music. We do not provide a professional DJ service, if you would like to hire a DJ or sound system we are happy to recommend trusted providers we work well with.

Our performers speak in authentic American accents and princess/superhero voices, we do not use microphones. 

Please let us know where our entertainer is best to park, if there are any charges for the parking please pay this to the performer on the day of the party.

Our princess performer may need somewhere to change into her costume just before the start of the party.

When you book with us you agree to our party plan as stated in your booking summary. We hold no liability in the unlikely event that a group does not engage with the party plan.

We accept no liability in the unlikely event that a performer is late or unable to attend due to train delays or road traffic accidents. We would always try to rectify this situation with you and would only ever cancel in the event of an emergency.

In the event of a performer being late the package will begin from the moment they start and you will receive the full package that was paid for. 

You agree to take a photo on behalf of our performer. Your child and guests do not have to be in the photo, however all performers are required to have a photo at each party for grooming standards and marketing purposes.

If you are having an external photographer or videographer taking pictures of our performer at your event we require you to ask our permission in advance of your event taking place due to safe guarding. 

Your booking is only confirmed once we have received a nonrefundable deposit. You will receive a Booking Confirmation email on receipt of your deposit. The deposit secures your party date and time and is therefore nonrefundable.  The remaining balance is paid to the performer on the day of the party and is also non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds.

If you have any problems it is important that you raise this with the performer during the party to ensure your party runs smoothly and sucessfully. We accept no liability for problems which were not raised with the performer at the time of the party. 

We are a children's entertainment agency and specialise in providing character performers for parties and events. Our performers are self employed contractors who carry out our magical party plans. Our performers are provided with all of the supplies and training they require to carry out our packages and it is their responsibility to perform to our standards at each and every party. 

It is the performers responsibility to make you aware of anything that could affect the booking on the day of the party including but not limited to traffic or public transport delays.

We use children's face paint for our princess makeovers. It is your responsibility to let us know if any child has a skin condition that may be affected by this. We assume consent from all parents, if a child is to be excluded from the makeover please make this known to us.

You agree to have no more than 24 children per 1 princess. You are required to book a second princess if there is more than 24 children.
